The Role
Based in Whiteabbey, you’ll play an important part in delivering a brilliant experience for our patients.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, your role will include:
- Providing expert advice on frames and lenses
- Helping patients choose eyewear that looks great and works for their individual needs
- Taking accurate dispensing measurements
- Advising on lens designs, coatings and specialist options
- Spectacle fitting, adjustments and repairs
- Supporting more complex and higher-value dispensing
- Working closely with our Optometrists and Optical Assistants
- Helping develop the knowledge and confidence of the wider team
- Building long-term relationships with our patients
- Delivering the high standard of service you’d expect from a great independent practice
For trainee candidates, your responsibilities will develop alongside your training, studies and experience.
