We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel – The Connaught.

The Role:

As Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure a smooth and efficient running of the reception and lobby area to provide a warm welcome and exceed guests’ expectations. You will assist the Front Office management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience during check in, check out and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests and tasks are attended to without any delays. You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and has a pleasant telephone manner. You will work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments using administration and organisational skills.
