Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people and delivering outstanding service.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Support the team during busy periods by handling administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a related role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office or similar software.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to assist others are essential qualities for success in this role.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to build their career in customer service within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £11,500.00-£15,000.00 per month
