Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our organization with passion and strategic vision. Duties

Provide visionary leadership to motivate and guide the entire team towards achieving operational goals and sales targets.
Oversee daily store or branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of service delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market presence.
Manage staffing processes including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Coordinate merchandising efforts to optimize product placement, inventory management, and promotional activities.
Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and resolve issues promptly.
Uphold administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, compliance adherence, and record keeping to support organizational growth.
Must have extensive knowledge of health and safety policies and implementing standards regarding this.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication across diverse customer bases and teams.
Strong management experience with demonstrated success in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to foster clear dialogue internally and externally.
Expertise in merchandising strategies, sales management, and customer service excellence.
Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Previous administrative experience including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records.
Phone etiquette proficiency to professionally handle inquiries and customer interactions.
