About the Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Masters Programme
You’ve spent years building your technical knowledge at university. Now it’s time to put it into practice.
We’re looking for ambitious graduates from Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar built environment disciplines who want to accelerate their careers within a growing and forward-thinking consultancy.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle while developing the commercial, technical and professional skills needed to become a successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
From heritage restoration projects and public sector developments to infrastructure, regeneration and community schemes, you’ll work on projects that improve places and deliver lasting benefits for local communities across East Anglia.
Unlike many larger organisations, you won’t spend years waiting for responsibility. You’ll be involved in real projects from day one, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors whilst being supported by experienced mentors and Directors. Greyfriars places a strong emphasis on learning through experience, mentoring and clear career progression
Why Quantity Surveying
Quantity surveying is a recognised, skilled profession at the heart of the construction industry. It offers the chance to combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. No two days are the same—one day you might be working on cost plans in the office, the next you’re on-site collaborating with contractors and project managers.
