Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are currently recruiting for reliable, flexible BANK Support Workers to join our team in Arnold, Nottingham NG5.

We are different in lots of ways (that’s what makes us so interesting) with various age ranges from 18-65. We have different challenges in our lives which include physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health. We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting our individual needs.

One of us requires Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG), this is the preferred route of feeding and nutritional support in patients with a functional gastrointestinal system who require long-term enteral nutrition.

Our homes comprise of 12 individual flats and a communal area where we meet with other tenants and also like to sit an speak with support staff. Our home is also convenient for getting out and about in the local community and we are close to all major bus routes

There is always at least 3 colleagues on shift.
Mornings 07:00 -15:00
Afternoon 15:00 - 22:00
Nights 22:00 -07:00
We also have a Sleep-in shift, and some mid 1-1 shifts.
