Key Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Trainee, you will:

Support the day-to-day delivery of business operations across multiple departments.
Assist with analysing operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate internal projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Monitor business performance against key operational metrics and KPIs.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for management meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas that enhance productivity and customer experience.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining excellent professional standards.
