Sales & Operations Administrator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Roller Shutter Doors for commercial and specialist vehicles applications across the UK. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the business, supporting both our sales and operational functions to ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
Coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams.
Monitoring orders and keeping customers informed of progress.
Supporting stock control, purchasing, and supplier communication.
Maintaining accurate records and business systems.
Providing administrative support across the sales and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
