Senior Account Manager

Skelmersdale

Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts?

Direct365 are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers, helping to maximise customer retention, increase customer lifetime value and introduce customers to the full range of Direct365 products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in driving sustainable growth through proactive account management and customer development.

The Senior Account Manager role at Direct365 will involve:

Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.
Conducting regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Building strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Managing renewals and proactively addressing customer concerns to reduce churn.
Working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate for a Senior Account Manager at Direct365 will have:

Proven account management experience within a B2B environment.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing and developing customer portfolios.
Evidence of growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling activities.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Experience managing contract renewals and retention activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

Experience within facilities management, hygiene, compliance, waste or related service industries.
Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
