Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring driven, high-performing recruitment professionals who want more than a basic job. You must have:

2+ years proven recruitment experience (education or B2C telesales preferred)
A results-focused mindset and a strong track record of exceeding KPIs
Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping others achieve something life-changing
Resilience, confidence, and hunger to succeed in a high-performance environment

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging warm leads — students who have already expressed interest
Advising candidates on university options, eligibility, and Student Finance
Managing your pipeline from first conversation through to successful enrolment
Supporting students through applications, interviews, and documentation
Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets aligned to generous bonus structures.
