Full job description

Capcon is a leading provider of stock auditing services to the licensed hospitality sector, working with major pub groups, hotels, holiday parks, bars, and theatres across the UK.

We’re looking for experienced professionals from within the licensed trade—such as pubs, bars, hotels, or other hospitality venues—to join our stocktaking team. If you have a background in managing or supervising food & beverage operations and understand stock control, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Conduct accurate stocktakes of food, drink, and spirits across a variety of licensed premises in London and the South East region.
Perform ABV tests and analyse results
Produce clear, detailed reports using Word and Excel
Debrief clients with results, offering business insight and stock control advice
Travel to different venues each day (own vehicle and UK driving licence essential)
Early starts and occasional overnight stays required

What We’re Looking For:

Current or recent experience in pubs, hotels, bars, or similar licensed venues
A solid grasp of F&B stock processes
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Comfortable using basic IT systems (Word, Excel)

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has an eye for detail, and understands the importance of effective stock management in licensed venues.

Salary :

£111.03 per full day.
Mileage paid at the government advisory rates of 45p for the first 833 miles per month with additional mileage paid at 25p.
Overtime opportunities are also available.
After completing a 6-month probationary period, the day rate increases to £122.12.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time: Approximately £28.3k - £31.1k per year
