Job Summary

Corporate Receptionist Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00

We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional front-desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and a friendly demeanour to represent our company effectively. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop administrative expertise within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations, including signing in visitors and maintaining visitor logs
Handle mail distribution, courier services, and organise deliveries as required
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where necessary
Maintain organised reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked and tidy
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars for staff members
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Support other administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Good telephone etiquette with professional communication skills
Able to work on their own - single receptionist site

Pay: £38,600.00 per year
