Overview

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Landscape Labourer and become a vital part of creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a variety of environments, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction to deliver exceptional results. We’re seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a team setting, and take pride in transforming landscapes into stunning, functional environments. All positions are paid, ensuring you’re recognized for your hard work from day one.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently and safely
Use power tools and construction equipment like excavators and irrigation systems to support landscaping projects
Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Support installation projects by preparing sites, digging trenches, laying sod, or planting new greenery
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
Follow safety procedures diligently during all tasks to promote a safe working environment for everyone involved

Experience

Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners
Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools and small machinery is an advantage
Construction experience or familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators enhances your suitability for this role
Hands-on experience with irrigation systems and general garden care is beneficial
Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of horticultural principles helps in maintaining healthy landscapes and plant health
