Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Property Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across diverse maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and contribute to a well-maintained environment that residents and visitors can enjoy. We are seeking proactive individuals with a passion for hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings internally and externally including small electrical, plumbing, roofing repairs, painting, carpentry.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant or resident requests and resolving issues with professionalism and care

Requirements

Proven experience with household maintenance, including, but not all - electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing.
