Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and weather resistance of our clients’ structures. Duties

Read and interpret roofing schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs
Measure roof areas accurately and prepare materials accordingly for efficient project execution
Install various roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet project specifications
Perform welding and fabrication tasks when necessary to create custom roofing components or repair damaged sections
Use carpentry skills to construct roof frameworks, supports, and related structures with precision
Conduct heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth workflow on-site
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all phases of work

Requirements

Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or related construction work with a strong understanding of roofing systems
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
Knowledge of carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and general construction practices is highly desirable
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality workmanship
Valid experience in using roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, membranes, or tiles is preferred
