Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented Claims Team Leader to oversee the claims processing team within our dynamic repair operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team responsible for managing claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a collaborative team environment, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Duties

Supervise and motivate a team of claims processors to meet productivity and quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to team members on claims procedures, documentation, and customer interactions.
Review and approve claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Help coordinate workflow to ensure timely processing of claims and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain detailed records of claims activities, escalations, and team performance metrics.

Qualifications

Proven clerical experience with strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership ability managing or supervising a team within a claims setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively guide team members and liaise with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex claim documentation thoroughly
Proficiency in claim management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
