Full job description

Role: Business Analyst / Project Manager (Hybrid BA/PM)

Contract type: This role can be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract (FTC) depending on candidate preference.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to own the delivery of business change initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to operate hands-on as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, taking accountability from early discovery through to delivery and implementation.

What this role involves:

Leading business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Defining and controlling project scope, plans, risks, and dependencies
Owning delivery across the full project lifecycle, not just analysis or oversight
Coordinating and performing software testing, including business sign-off
Managing stakeholders across business, technology, and third parties
Producing clear project and delivery reporting for governance forums

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:

Has operated in a combined BA/PM or delivery ownership role.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, switching between analysis detail and delivery management.
Enjoys strong stakeholder interaction and decision-making responsibility.
Ideally has experience within financial services or another regulated sector.
