Full job description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations using our drum mixer truck.

Duties:

- Load and unload materials following safety procedures

- Utilise truck tablet to maintain accurate driving logs and records

- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks

- Be willing to learn how to safely operate a volumetric lorry

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Qualifications:

- Valid Commercial Driving Licence (CDL)

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record

- Ability to work long hours, 6:30-16:30, plus overtime

- Strong communication and time management skills

- Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
