Nursery Manager – An Exciting Opportunity to Build Something Special

Location: Portland, Dorset
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, all year round

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Nursery Manager to play a key role in launching a brand-new nursery and shaping an exceptional early years environment from day one.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager
Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Has a passion for child-led learning, wellbeing and holistic development
Values the importance of nature, relationships and meaningful childhood experiences
Is passionate about developing others and nurturing a positive team culture
Is proactive, resilient and excited by the challenge of launching a new setting
Has high aspirations for children, families and colleagues
Brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine love of early years education
