About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
Focus on doing what’s right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

“We are, at present, a small, diverse team of 6 who are all friendly, engaged and passionate about supporting your onboarding journey to service our customers with all of their savings and mortgage needs and requirements, including counter transactions, savings meetings and appropriate referrals.

There are also opportunities to network with others in the wider area, region, network, and Head Office so you will be able to engage with others outside of your branch team, including those who are also onboarding at the same time. Occasionally you may be required to provide cover to local branches, mainly Blackpool, so this is another opportunity to gain exposure to a variation of our ways of working.

We are located in the main high street right next to the train station. There are various pay and display car parks nearby but also free parking away from the branch within a 10-minute walk."
