Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team as a Law Graduate Opportunity. This paid position offers an excellent platform for recent graduates to gain valuable experience within personal injury law. This role is ideal for organised individuals with strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing their legal career.

About Swan Solicitors

Swan Solicitors is a start-up law firm specialising in personal injury claims across all types of accidents, including RTA's, EL and PL claims. We are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our small, but ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury cases, including RTA, EL and PL matters
Drafting legal documents – from pleadings to witness statements
Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third parties
Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
Conducting legal research to support case strategy
Keeping everything organized and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

Legal qualification - a minimum of a 2:1
Experience in personal injury is advantageous although not a must
Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills
Someone who’s proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Happy to work in a small but supportive team in the office

Summary

Job Type: Full-time 9am to 5pm
Work Location: In person
Dress code: Office attire
Expected hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
