About the Role

We are looking for motivated, professional and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

This is a 100% uncapped. There is no fixed base salary. Earnings are determined by completed sales in accordance with our commission structure.

Our representatives work across a range of direct sales environments, which may include:

Door-to-door (D2D) sales
Business-to-business (B2B) sales
Business-to-consumer (B2C) sales
Events and promotional locations
Face-to-face customer acquisition

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Approaching and engaging prospective customers professionally
Identifying customer needs and explaining relevant products or services
Presenting offers clearly and accurately
Generating new customers through face-to-face sales
Working across D2D, B2B, B2C and/or event-based campaigns depending on the assigned campaign
Answering customer questions professionally
Following company, client and industry sales procedures
Maintaining accurate sales and customer information
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Representing our company and clients in a professional and ethical manner

Training & Development

Previous direct sales experience is welcome but is not essential.

We provide structured sales and product training to help you develop your skills and understand the campaigns you will be representing.

There is no charge to candidates for our training.

Training may include:

Product and campaign knowledge
Customer communication
Sales techniques
Customer needs analysis
Objection handling
Closing techniques
Compliance and professional conduct
Leadership and personal development

We are particularly interested in people with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to develop their sales, communication, leadership and commercial skills.

Able to commit to a minimum of 4 working days per week

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, fundraising, events or business development may be useful, but it is not required.

Compensation

This is a 100% uncapped salary.

Payment schedule: Weekly

Actual earnings vary according to individual sales performance and completed eligible sales. We do not guarantee a specific level of earnings.

Full details of the commission structure, eligibility criteria and payment process will be explained before you accept the role.

Working Schedule

We are looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum of 4 days per week.

The role is primarily field-based and requires face-to-face interaction with prospective customers.
