Full job description

Job Summary

We are a local company specialising in leaflet/brochure display and distribution. We have over 1,000 displays in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, and we require a new team member due to company success and growth.

The new team member will be responsible for distributing print across their own designated display Networks, seeking new display positions, keeping the print warehouse clean and tidy, organising print for distribution.

4 days per week/30 hours.

Responsibilities

Distribution and display of print across designated networks, including tidying stands on location
Replenishment of current print and removal of out-of-date print
Bespoke distribution of print wherever required
Organise incoming print within the warehouse
Working with the wider team to ensure that all jobs are covered, especially during colleague absence
Preparation of poster boards to go out, collection and stripping of old boards once displayed
Collections and delivery of print to and from clients
Regular images of displays for colleagues to provide customer feedback
Ensuring that the warehouse is tidy, well organised and safe at all times
Performing any maintenance required to keep the warehouse tidy and well organised
Excellent face to face customer service
Basic computer skills

Requirements

Have high levels of confidential-data handling
Ensure client / outlet enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
Ensure that all company documentation / records related to your role are kept up to date
Have effective time-management to ensure that workload can be completed within deadline
Have excellent prioritisation skills to ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained
Ensure that any company vehicle / uniform is kept tidy and well maintained
Regular lifting required
Use of manual fork lifts
Must hold a full clean driving licence

Pay: From £20,352.00 per year
