Job description

We serve trending asian fusion sushi, poke bowl and sushi burrito, target on fast growing take away market.

KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Full sushi making/customer service training will be provided.

You will support the other team member and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality and customer service.

we need you to Be highly motivated

Can remember our products on menu
Process guests’ orders through the POS system
introduce our products and assist customer to make decision
Deliver orders to the chefs/preparing and packing orders
arrange stock in order
cutting fish/preparing food ingredients
making sushi
able to work in fast paced environment
Ensure that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriate
Answer the telephone and deal with an enquiry
Keep shop space clean and tidy, pot wash/opening&closing shop
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
Previous restaurant or serving experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service who wish to develop their skills within a supportive team environment. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
