About Life of Riley Official

Life of Riley Official is a premium luxury concierge and lifestyle management company serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the globe. We provide our members with access to an unrivalled network of luxury experiences, travel, business services, lifestyle management, and exclusive opportunities.

We're looking for an exceptional Luxury Membership Closer who thrives on high-value conversations and can confidently convert qualified prospects into long-term members.

This is not a cold-calling role.

Our Business Development team generates and qualifies leads—you step in once prospects have expressed genuine interest.

The Opportunity

As a Luxury Membership Closer, your role is simple:

Close deals.

You'll conduct discovery calls, understand each client's lifestyle and requirements, demonstrate the value of Life of Riley Official, overcome objections, and confidently secure memberships ranging from £10,000 to £25,000+.

You'll be speaking with entrepreneurs, executives, celebrities, athletes, business owners, family offices and affluent individuals who value exceptional service and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled consultations with qualified prospects.
Understand each client's lifestyle, travel and business requirements.
Present the value of Life of Riley Official's membership offering.
Build trust and develop lasting client relationships.
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
Convert qualified prospects into members.
Maintain accurate CRM records following every consultation.
Work closely with the Business Development team and Commercial Director.
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has a proven track record of closing high-value sales.
Is confident engaging with affluent and professional clients.
Possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Excels in consultative selling.
Builds rapport quickly and naturally.
Is ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven.
Maintains professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own workload.
Has experience using CRM systems.

Experience within luxury, hospitality, private aviation, automotive, real estate, finance, concierge or other premium service industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
