Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, pastries, and healthier options
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy morning hours
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
Assist in plating dishes attractively and ensuring consistency across all breakfast offerings

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude
Experience with meal preparation for large groups preferred
Familiarity with serving procedures and guest interaction is a plus
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holiday shifts as needed
