Food & Beverage Manager – voco® Letchworth Hall Hotel

Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Department: Food & Beverage
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage professional who thrives in a hands-on role?
At voco® Letchworth Hall Hotel, we’re looking for an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team across all areas of service — from conferences and meetings to weddings, banquets, and restaurant operations.

About the role

This is not an office-based job — we’re looking for someone who leads from the front. You’ll be right there with the team on the floor, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day F&B operations, oversee event delivery, and support the hotel in maintaining voco’s friendly, unstuffy, and distinctive service style.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, conferences, meetings, and weddings.
Train, lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure all events are set up and executed to a high standard, exceeding client expectations.
Work closely with the Head Chef, Events, and Sales teams to maintain smooth service and efficient communication.
Monitor stock levels, costs, and staff rotas to ensure profitability and compliance with brand standards.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout all F&B areas.

About You

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management, ideally within a hotel environment.
A hands-on leader with a strong presence on the floor — not behind a desk.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for creating great guest experiences and supporting your team to succeed.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
