We're looking for an experienced Occupational Health Business Manager to join our Occupational Health management team and play a vital role in providing Occupational Health Service to the people who protect our communities.
This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, influence strategic decision-making, drive continuous improvement and help shape the future delivery of Occupational Health services across both Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service.

The Role
As the Occupational Health Business Manager, you will lead the business management function of Occupational Health, ensuring effective operational delivery alongside strategic planning, governance and performance management.
You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated administrative team whilst ensuring the service continues to meet the demands of a complex and high-volume operational environment.
Working closely with the Head of Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare, OH Management team and wider stakeholders, you will use insight and innovation to continually improve service delivery, strengthen performance and ensure organisational needs are met.
This is a role for someone who can confidently balance operational demands with strategic thinking and who enjoys motivating teams through change and improvement.
