WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

For the right candidate, we are offering a highly Competitive salary and benefits package including:

Hourly rates start at £13.28 with the potential to increase in increments up to £14.71

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to become an integral part of our busy team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Efficiently put away and replenish stock.
Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload products from vehicles.
Order Picking: Use barcode scanners to pick items accurately and promptly.
Prioritization: Manage put-aways and replenishments based on urgency.
Quality Checks: Ensure products meet our high standards for amount, shape, size, colour, and condition.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Skills & Experience:

Flexibility: Adapt to various shift patterns, which may change at short notice.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
Reliability: Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Positive Attitude: Bring a can-do approach to your work.
Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and handle challenges effectively.
Teamwork: Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Communication: Possess good verbal and written skills.
Licenses: FLT/PPT licenses are desirable, but full training can be provided.
