Full job description

Job title: Field service engineer Friday to Monday

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + company benefits + product specific training + company van + fuel card + tools + smart phone

Role and responsibility:

· Install, commission and set up Coffee equipment delivering a excellent and unique customer experience.

· Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment.

· Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, always aiming for a first time fix on all equipment.

· Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training. (e.g operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)

· Self management of spare parts stock holding in company van.

· To complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.

· Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.

· Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.

· Relevant industry experience on coffee equipment (desired but not essential)

· Self- motivated
