Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across platforms to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social media.
Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to promote webinars, courses, and success stories.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage our online community.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with educational or training sectors is an advantage.
