About The Role

Are you a caring, patient and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding career? We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
No two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals, build confidence and participate fully in their community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and household tasks.
Support residents to access community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
Encourage independence, choice, dignity and respect.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all individuals supported.
Work as part of a team to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

Commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are currently recruiting for both full time and part time positions.

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK.
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Enhanced DBS check (Fully funded but is required before employment can commence).
Due to the location of The Leys your own transport is recommended
