Logistics done differently.

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy warehouse operation, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with warehouse colleagues and customers, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation through effective coordination and administration. This is a Monday to Friday role working daytime hours.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,623, per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

Allocate customer orders and stock to warehouse pickers
Produce and print picking paperwork and dispatch documentation accurately and efficiently
Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding orders, deliveries and operational queries
Maintain warehouse records, databases and filing systems in line with company procedures
Support stock control and inventory administration activities
Work closely with operational colleagues to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and knowledge of stock control processes would be advantageous
The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively as part of a wider team
