Job Summary:

Mejor Web Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing operations across multiple online channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who enjoys managing digital campaigns, improving marketing performance, and driving business growth through innovative digital strategies. You'll work closely with creative, technical, and commercial teams to deliver measurable results and enhance our clients' digital presence.

What you'll do:

Lead day-to-day digital marketing operations and campaign management.
Plan, execute, and optimise SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to improve ROI, traffic, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with web development, design, sales, and content teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and project priorities.
Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare marketing performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field.
Leadership or project management experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or similar technologies is advantageous.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
Passion for digital innovation, marketing strategy, and continuous improvement.
