The Role: Complex Care Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour once competent.
Location: Chesterfield S42

Contract Type: Permanent, with immediate start available.
We offer the below contract options:

Part time - 16 hours

Full Time also available

Shift Pattern –
Days only: Times can be flexible

DBS: Preferred / update service desirable
Driver with access to a vehicle: Required

· It's important to note that we recruit with a person-centred approach, meaning successful candidates will primarily work on one of our packages based in a single location. However, there is also the potential to work across various packages within the area.

Are you ready to make a genuine difference in a person’s life?

· You will be supporting a lady in her late 70s who has significant hearing impairment and visual needs.

· The main focus of the role will be building a positive rapport with her, providing companionship, and supporting her to feel comfortable, valued, and engaged.

· She enjoys a range of indoor and community-based leisure activities that support her independence, routine, and emotional wellbeing.

· She loves structured activities and having opportunities to plan her leisure time. This may include trips to the local coffee shop, visits into town, or a shopping trip to Tesco.

· She also enjoys watching television, reviewing the TV guide, and planning which programmes she would like to watch.

· You will play an important role in helping her achieve the best possible quality of life by providing compassionate, person-centred support. She is very much looking forward to meeting her new support worker.

Training

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience. Knowledge of complex care is an advantage.
