Overview

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, following established standards and procedures
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled periods to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as essential qualities
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
