More than three decades later, we continue to work closely with the best chefs, alongside grocers, foodservice partners and our own neighbourhood bakery, GAIL's.

As our teams grow, we are looking for our next Warehouse Operative.

A valid Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licence, along with a full UK driving licence, is required.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
Receive goods in and complete all relevant paperwork
Store stock correctly and maintain accurate stock levels
Support stock checks and ensure stock accuracy
Handle products carefully to prevent damage
Carry out basic quality checks and report issues
Work across warehouse, chiller, freezer, and yard areas
Keep all working areas clean and organised
Perform daily equipment checks, including truck charging
Follow all company health and safety procedures

Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time

Working Hours: 6am-2pm

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7

Location: Unit 11-13, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5BU
