Full job description

Receptionist/Showroom Host – Job Share

The successful candidate will have:

Previous reception or front-of-house experience (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional and friendly manner
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Confidence using a telephone system and basic computer applications
Flexible and able to cover holidays when required
Positive and reliable

Duties will include:

Welcoming and hosting customers
Answering and directing telephone calls
Handling general administrative tasks
Providing support to the Sales team.
Keeping the Customer Waiting area clean and tidy
Cashing up at the end of every day

This is an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Job Share within a professional and friendly environment.

If you have the relevant experience and are flexible to cover holiday leave when required, we would love to hear from you.

Hours: Alternating Shift Pattern:

Shift 1: Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm plus Saturday 8am to 5pm

Shift 2: Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm plus Sunday 10.30am to 5pm

Plus, Holiday Cover when required

Remuneration: Competitive Salary

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
