Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a friendly demeanour to provide outstanding guest services and support the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle incoming phone calls with proper etiquette, directing enquiries to appropriate departments
Assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and general information about the facility
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organised manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Manage administrative tasks such as booking records, correspondence, and scheduling appointments
Support other front desk functions as required to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

Freshers can also apply.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanour
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry is advantageous
Previous experience using hotel management software or similar systems is a plus
