Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in Property Auctions to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the property auction sector. Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property auction landscape to expand market reach.
Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, real estate agents, investors, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and secure auction listings.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact through negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding of new clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote upcoming auctions and attract qualified bidders.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting property auctions.
Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Skills

Proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate or property auction sectors.
Strong understanding of CRM software tools like Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals confidently.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans that align with company goals.
Energetic self-starter with a proactive attitude towards prospecting and relationship building.
