Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities
Manage workflows, priorities, deadlines, and service requirements
Monitor operational performance and agreed service standards
Prepare regular reports, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
Maintain accurate business and client records
Coordinate activities across administration, client service, and commercial teams
Identify workflow issues and recommend practical improvements
Support onboarding of new clients and service accounts
Monitor outstanding requests and ensure appropriate follow-up
Assist with resource and workload planning
Maintain operational procedures and internal documentation
Support implementation of new systems and business processes
Handle escalated operational and client-service matters
Monitor key performance indicators and service-quality measures
Support team members with procedural guidance and workload priorities
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and business partners when required
Maintain confidentiality when handling commercial and customer information
Ensure activities follow company policies and applicable data-protection requirements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Three or more years of relevant experience in business operations, administration, professional services, client services, or a related environment
Experience coordinating workflows, projects, or operational activities
Experience preparing reports and maintaining business records
Previous responsibility for supporting colleagues or coordinating workloads is preferred

Skills

Strong organisation and time-management abilities
Confident operational planning and coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education

Qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related subject is preferred
Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications

Pay: £48,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
