Sales Executive

Lee Mill | Office-Based

£26,250 Basic Salary + Bonus opportunity of up to £12,000 per year

Looking for a sales role where your personality, relationship-building skills and commercial drive can directly increase your earnings?

At Bidfood, one of the UK's leading foodservice wholesalers, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly and successful Sales Centre team in Lee Mill.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales, telesales, customer service or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and helping customers grow their business.

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers over the phone and through digital channels.

You'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers make the most of our products while identifying opportunities to increase sales and add value.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their business needs
Growing sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Taking customer orders and recommending products that drive value
Identifying trends and buying patterns to maximise sales opportunities
Supporting customers with our digital ordering platforms
Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently
Working towards sales targets and earning monthly incentives
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
A positive, target-driven mindset
The ability to identify opportunities and influence purchasing decisions
Good IT skills and attention to detail
