Facilities Co-ordinator
Location: Alloga UK
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £13.54 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day administration of facilities activities across multiple sites. This is a predominantly administrative role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for contractors, site teams, and external suppliers, ensuring all facilities-related activities are coordinated efficiently and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage facilities-related enquiries from internal departments and external contractors.
Coordinate contractor visits and ensure all required documentation is received and validated prior to works commencing.
Issue contractor access cards and manage site access requirements.
Maintain accurate records of permits, contractor documentation, and facilities activities.
Raise purchase orders and track facilities expenditure.
Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
Support facilities compliance activities, audits, and reporting requirements.
Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Assist with administrative support for maintenance, site projects, and business continuity activities.
Ensure all documentation is maintained to a high standard and completed within required timescales.

Essential Requirements
Strong administrative experience within a facilities, logistics, warehouse, or similar environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident dealing with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Desirable
Experience coordinating contractors and managing site access procedures.
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
