Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Commercial Property Administrator to join a busy and growing commercial property business.

This is a varied role involving property enquiries, lettings administration, viewing coordination and identifying potential opportunities within the business.

The role involves regular communication with business owners, property agents and professional contacts, so confidence, organisation and a professional manner are important.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in property, business and professional environments, who may wish to develop a long-term career within the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities

Property Enquiries & Lead Coordination

* Respond to incoming enquiries from businesses and commercial property agents

* Log and manage enquiries within the company tracker or CRM system

* Collect key information from prospective tenants

* Coordinate with agents and internal team members regarding property availability

Viewing Coordination

* Schedule and confirm property viewings

* Liaise with agents and applicants to arrange appointments

* Send viewing confirmations and property details

* Track viewing outcomes and follow-ups

Cross-Selling & Opportunity Identification

* Identify potential cross-selling opportunities from incoming enquiries

* Help match prospective tenants with suitable properties

* Identify businesses that may benefit from other available properties or services

* Flag potential opportunities to relevant team members

* Assist in maximising opportunities arising from property enquiries

Tenant & Agent Communication

* Communicate with tenants, agents and business contacts

* Handle enquiries via phone and email

* Maintain professional and efficient communication with property contacts

Property Administration

* Maintain accurate records of available commercial properties

* Update property availability and marketing information

* Organise documentation relating to properties and tenants

* Assist with preparing property information for prospective tenants

Deal Progression Support

* Assist with the progression of agreed lettings

* Coordinate documentation between agents, tenants and solicitors where required

* Monitor deal progress and follow up where necessary

Marketing & Property Listings

* Upload and update commercial property listings on portals

* Ensure property details and availability are accurate

* Assist with marketing of available commercial properties
