Marine Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a Marine Customer Service Manager to lead the Marine School’s administration and customer service function at Tyne Coast College.

Key Responsibilities:

To oversee and manage the Marine School customer service area and staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times
Ensuring internal processes for the admission and enrolment of overseas students are updated in accordance with UKVI requirements
To motivate and develop designated staff to meet key performance targets for their designated areas of responsibility

Demonstrable experience of effective team management
A team player with a positive working attitude
Experience of working in a customer facing role
