TMT have a strong reputation for being market leaders in legal services and our growth has created opportunities for talented individuals to join our team.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team at our Chandlers Ford Office. The role is a full-time, office-based position working 36.25 hours per week, 8.45am – 5:00pm.

We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, experience of customer service, excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. You would be expected to work diligently and under pressure dealing with clients, managing the day to day running of the office and working as part of one of our Legal Support teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work.

Experience and knowledge of all Microsoft programmes is required, along with the ability to learn new, in-house systems and practices.

Location: Chandlers Ford office

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.45am – 5pm
