Where will you be working?

You'll be working across Rail, Aviation, Defence & Adjacent Markets. You'll visit major international airports, see our wide range of specialist rail engineering projects across the UK and be involved in the maintenance and upgrades of defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots.

What will you be doing?

To provide full business support to the senior team, taking responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance and important documents and files, with a limited degree of supervision.

What will you be doing?

 Diary management for the senior team as required.

Provide general administration support to the assigned department, and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Create and update records on databases.

Organise travel arrangements including hotel booking for the senior team as required.

Organise meetings, create agendas and take minutes if required.

Provide office support including document control and effective storage of records and communications on the document management system.

Support with submitting timely reports and assist with preparing presentations/proposals as required.

Assists in timesheet management and cost allocation.

Assist in general facilities management process, meeting rooms and operational office requirements.

Assist in the new starter induction process for all new starters into the company.

Understand the business strategies and goals and support the company’s values and strategic objectives.

All other duties specific to the role in the conduct of day-today business.

High levels of literacy and numeracy.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Communicate effectively and professionally to internal and external customers to encourage long-term relationships.
Provide confidentiality on all matters related to the business.
Be calm and collaborative in a rapidly changing environment.
Able to work autonomously but also a strong team player.
