Responsibilities

Assist clients with mortgage application documentation, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely processing of mortgage files
Review financial documents and perform basic math calculations to verify figures and eligibility criteria
Maintain organized records of all mortgage files, correspondence, and related documentation
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and clarify requirements throughout the approval process
Support the team by preparing reports, tracking application statuses, and managing deadlines efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards at every stage of the mortgage process

Requirements

Previous experience or familiarity with financial services or mortgage processes is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in document handling and record keeping
Basic math skills for verifying financial figures and calculations accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about mortgage lending procedures and industry regulations
