Provide effective support to the performance management agenda and activities, assisting in the development of systems and processes within the Business Intelligence (BI) team, Clinical service units and corporate teams.

To implement methodology in conjunction with the management team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of relevant systems and processes including standard operating procedures. Be responsible for ensuring these procedures are implemented and compliance is maintained along with ensuring any policy change is updated in a timely manner.
In conjunction with the management team for care groups work to develop and implement new and innovative efficiency and productivity strategies to maximise the perioperative pathway and support operating theatre efficiency and productivity (service line management) based on a range of options supported by credible information and data.
