Full job description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people access the healthcare they need?

At Spire Norwich Hospital , we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Private Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients through important healthcare decisions, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As the first point of contact for many of our self-pay and insured patients, you'll play a vital role in guiding them through their healthcare journey, providing expert support, clear information, and a seamless experience from enquiry through to treatment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting patients with enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Guiding self-pay and private medical insurance patients through their treatment options and pathways.
Converting enquiries into appointments, diagnostics, and admissions through a consultative and patient-centred approach.
Providing accurate quotations, booking appointments, and processing payments.
Building strong relationships with consultants, medical secretaries, and hospital colleagues to ensure outstanding patient experiences.
Supporting patients with financing options and helping them make informed decisions about their care.
Using a range of digital systems and tools to manage enquiries effectively and efficiently.
